Very nice mall, clean and secure and a lot of nice shops. They have a big carousel for the kids to ride on.

This was our first time here since we’re new to the area. Very nice mall. Large with lots of stores. If you can’t find it here you probably don’t need it anyway. We walked around the whole place and the food court seems to be popular. Just like other malls the upstairs seems to have the better stores. It’s well kept and organized. We’ll definitely go back.

Excellent variety of stores and the outside area is really nice. We'll be back when we're in town again.

Hadn’t been here in a while and I have to say it gets better each time. Not sure if I enjoyed the food more than the shopping lol

Firstly I’d like to say, staff are very professional and have always made me feel comfortable and welcome.The domestics are always helpful and friendly, they keep everywhere very clean at all times. Julie and Linda always go over and above to help us and are very friendly. The reception staff especially Peter have always been helpful and encourage me from the first day of joining the gym and swimming.The only thing that isn’t so good is that on Sunday you can’t get breakfast or a light lunch only a main meal. The restaurant doesn’t open until 11.30 so can’t even pop in for a coffee when going to the gym or swimming early.I think there are plenty of chefs there so why can’t we get a baked potato and a drink. Hope that will change in the near future.Overall I love going to Woodlands I would recommend it to everyone to come and enjoy yourselves.

It was our FIRST and will be our LAST time here. The lady at the register was very dismissive and not helpful at all. She told me to look at the menu if I wanted prices. She said she didn't know the prices herself. The guy handling the FOOD was NOT wearing gloves and was touching absolutely EVERYTHING. The slice fell over and he grabbed the whole slice with his hands just to plop it in the container. Sneezed while handling my slice and kept it going. Didn't STOP to wash his hands or even wipe his mouth. The lady at the register laughed about it and they both kept working as if we didn't just see what happened. It's very unfortunate because the cheesecake we bought was delicious.

UPDATE! Woodlands Mall, you Really, Really--REALLY!!!!!--need to do MUCH better job of making sure ALL of your escalators and elevators are actually WORKING!!!! Every time I come to this mall, AT LEAST 50 PERCENT of the escalators and elevators are NOT working. And for a "prestigious" mall such as you guys, THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!! At first I thought, "Oh, give them time, they will fix them." But here it is, SEVERAL YEARS LATER, and the problem is even worse! The pictures I have loaded are all of the elevators and escalators I have found in ONE VISIT. I am pretty sure ADA laws are being broken here, so DO BETTER, ASAP!!

Great mall, nice restaurants and outside areas.

Not pet friendly!The mall is very nice, has about all the standard stores you’d expect. The food court is quite good too. Just keep in mind they do not allow any pets inside, there are no posted signs in the doors that mention it, I assume they might allow small dogs that you can carry on your arms or bag.

Love this mall! We mallwalk,then shop. Inside cleaning staff is the best I've ever seen and I had years of property management experience. A true delight and makes you want to shop and buy at the stores. All so nice.Only negative is outdoor trash all over the grounds.

Super great mall! Super busy as well! This is a great sign! They even have a merry go round!

Regarding malls, The Woodlands Mall is one of the best. Opened in 1995 when the area was still largely developing, it used to be the premier shopping destination. In recent years, the center of mass has shifted from the mall to Market Street, where higher-end stores and better restaurants have sprouted. If you like indoor mall shopping, you will enjoy The Woodlands Mall.

This is posted in the common area, but no signs are posted on the doors we walked in. Seems like a setup if you are interested in protecting yourself!

Welcome to Woodlands Mall, a place where there's always something to do. The food is delicious, though a bit pricey in some spots, but well worth it for a family outing🤔. With so many options available, we recommend planning your visit before diving into the world of Woodlands Mall. However, if you decide to improvise, you’ll still have a great time, whether it's enjoying a simple ice cream or taking a walk around the area. Keep in mind that it’s very hot in the summer and extremely cold in the winter—this is Texas. Welcome!

Walked around on a day off, and it was nice. I really liked going into Alter'd State and the Yankee candle store.The window display and the fountain at Alter'd State were so pretty, too!

Love this mall. It is close and convenient. There are several wonderful places nearby to catch a great lunch or have an intimate dinner. Valet parking is available if something you would enjoy. Security for the area and parking lot are on horseback and are very friendly and you can even pet the horses if you are inclined.

Went to go see " Smile"... Yup, pretty different but the theater and personel were amazing. Everything was clean and in good working order and the staff was super helpful and friendly.. Thank you for helping our family time out a breeze ☺️👍👍

A day where I was looking forward to spend some fun time visiting family, turned into a damper. My daughters, letting out a joyous cheer showing excitement for almost winning a prize in the costly claw machine, was met with a manager coming to them stating to keep it down because they were being too loud…in an empty theater with an also empty arcade. This is in a section where you would think kids can have some fun, if not what is the arcade for? Cinemark at the Woodlands seems to not welcome joyful fun. We will gladly take our business elsewhere.

We saw "Taylor Swift ERAS Tour" in Cinemark on Lake Robbins Drive. The seats were very comfortable, and the sound system performed beautifully. The big screen completed the fantastic movie theater experience.

Ok so I’m here on Sunday April 28, 2024 to see this movie “Abigail”. Literally the only reason I came to this theater is because they have great burgers. The last time I came the movie was after 8pm and the grill/kitchen area was closed. They said at that time they close at 8pm. So me being the prudent planner that I am made sure that I got an early movie AND got here early so that I could order the burger. At 6:10pm I walk in only to find that they have closed the kitchen at 4pm today. I asked the staff what was going on and find out that it’s random times that they close it. What in the world kind of business are these people doing. Either have established times that you are going to be open or not. That way people know when to come to your theater. This is VERY poor business folks! Very poor.I mean pitch black DARK over there!!! What a shame!! The only reason I didn’t give this whole thing a 1 star is because it’s clean.

We really enjoyed this theater, drive extra distance to go here. I have not been in the XD theater yet BUT all of their other theaters have really nice reclining seats with tray table to hold your food and drink. Nice drop off / pick up area, free uncovered parking on the side, clean theater and bathrooms, little restaurant if want more than concessions, assigned seating and the sound is well done with great surround and chair rumbling deep bass. Nice night out at a great place to watch a movie.

I went on a Sunday night. 8:15pm showing. Not crowded at all. It was a rainy night. The theater was clean, including the restroom. The reclining chairs were comfortable...maybe too comfortable! Had to fight sleep. 😆 Didn't buy any snacks. The staff was friendly and helpful. Paid $12.50 for tickets. A bit much in my opinion. But I hadn't been in an American theater in over 8 years. 🤷🏾‍♀️

This movie theater was awesome. We went to go see Avatar 2 in 3D and the reclining leather seats were so comfortable. The seats were pretty spacious however, if you are 300+ lbs or have very wide hips the seats would be very tight and uncomfortable. Just an FYI. There was no ramp up to the top seats, just stairs to get to our seats which were H16, H17. I do have to say that getting to our seats was a bit narrow, but from personal experience, better than most movie theaters. Overall, the movie experience was pretty worth the money for us.

This is a very clean and comfortable theater. You can buy your tickets online and get them scanned as you walk into the movie from your phone. They have recliner chairs with little rotating tables to put your snacks and drink on. Great prices to. Will be going back.

Going to be straight honest. It was a pretty awful visit. As much as I spent at the ticket booth for a family of 4 you'd expect at least a little courtesy, but nope. Went and stood in line for popcorn and drinks(took forever)and after my order was brought to the counter, I handed them cash to pay only to be met with we can't make change. With zero effort to make change or offer remedy. My daughter is at the restaurant getting nachos and pizza. I'll be damned if they didn't mess that up. Waited quite awhile for our food and it wasn't even right. had to wait for them to remake it. Seriously! meat and cheese on chips. How can you screw that up. Well, they did. Finally the order taker at the restaurant said they could make change at the box office. After the food fiasco and making change (30 min. later) I head back up to grab popcorn and drinks and they tried selling me the same stuff that had been sitting on the counter from 30 minutes earlier. This place is a circus.

This was my first time trying out this location. I would summarize my visit as another great movie theater experience! Cinemark never disappoints with their reasonable ticket prices and membership perks! I saw Equalizer 3 which is a 10/10! Highly recommend if you like action, suspense, and thriller movies! As always, I definitely will be back!

We took our boys to see Despicable Me 4 and we had a great experience from getting tickets to getting our snacks. Enjoyed the reclining seats and trays to place your food on. No sticky floors or seats or trash.

I have been a patron of this location since the late 90s. And it is still one of my favorite theaters to visit. Always clean, stays current with amenities. Has D-Box option, which isn't everywhere. A little bit of a drive for us, but preferred over a closer location. The option of garage parking for a busier part of TW is nice as well.

I am giving this 2 stars only because the theater itself is nice. Not sure why there is a general apathy among cinema employees. They are quite insufferable. Sneaking food in has become preferable to buying snacks in order to avoid them. NO REFILLS at this theater despite charging like there were refills. Do yourself a favor, go to a theater where they TOO will treat you like the problem of their life, but have free refills.

We have been coming to this theater for years and absolutely love it. In the past when there were events going on in the area there were employees making sure those parking in their parking lot were seeing a movie. Unfortunately the last 2 times we have come this month there have been events going on in the area and there is no parking available and nobody preventing non movie goers from parking in their parking lot. We won’t be going back.

Tonight was a blast! We chose the perfect time to see a movie too. The lines weren't long at all but even with the small "rush" before the movie started Miguel at the concessions did a freaking AWESOME job!! This location is super clean and the staff is very friendly! My husband and I ALWAYS consider this theater before all the other ones in the area, just for the reclining seats and personal table space alone!They have an arcade and small bar also!!** don't set high expectations, keep in mind, this is a movie theater first and foremost **Great Place! I always have a blast!

This is our first adventure with the Cinemark at the Woodlands and XD. I have been going to movies for 50+ years and this outfit has mastered an incredibly clean environment, professional people that want to help you out. Sound systems are great in the videos and everything else there are the best.

I’ve been coming here since I was 5 I expected so much better than this. We got kicked out for no reason it was embarrassing and annoying. Buddy came in turned the lights, and the proceeded to tell us to get out and that we won’t get a refund when I paid around $22 plus taxes for the ticket and only got to watch 10 minutes of ads and other 10 of the movie. What a waste of my time and my money.

No drink refills on a $7 large co*ke. Ridiculous. I’ll keep going to Regal. It’s too bad because they have great recliners and sound in the XD theater but zero refills is just absurd at that price point.

The chairs were amazing! We were able to order ahead so they brought our drinks and popcorn to us which was super convenient with a 2 year old to tow. The sound and screen were of high quality. Loved that we could celebrate my kid's birthday here. She really enjoyed it!!!

This hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly. They are accommodating if you need anything and the facility is clean and well kept. The hotel offers beautiful views of the water as well as rooms directly on the water.The hotel has adjoining conference rooms and a restaurant on the main floor. The restaurant serves food and alcohol. The staff there was very friendly as well. In addition to everything on site the hotel is within walking distance ( about a 10 minutes) of Market Square which has a ton of different shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and addtional conference centers.

This is a decent hotel in a convenient location. The rooms are what you’d expect from a big hotel chain but it was hard to justify the price for our 2 night stay. The rooms and pool could use some updating and the elevators are slow. The service was great though, especially the front desk and valets.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Woodlands Waterway Marriott!Customer service was superb! Ling Ling, I certainly hope I’m saying her name correctly, she was the best! It was my birthday at check in and she absolutely made me feel so special! Everyone was super nice, Victoria from the restaurant/lounge made my daughter and I feel so much at home every single time we ate there. Everything was conveniently located within walking distance, always a plus for me!

The Waterway Marriott is such a pristine and accommodating hotel! The overnight staff were so kind and helpful. The amenities are abundant; I enjoyed the treadmills in the gym area a lot. The single king bed rooms are SO pretty and the halls were nice and quiet through the night (I had arrived pretty late and was thoroughly pleased with this aspect). One really awesome stand-out point was that the front desk had fliers ready at check in with so much helpful information on it, including the times that hotel renovations could be heard. I highly recommend taking advantage of the mobile Marriott Bonvoy member benefits and choosing this hotel as a place to stay!

I recently visited the Woodlands Waterway for a gala event at the hotel. I was extremely impressed with the hospitality I received during my visit. Liz at the front desk was exceptionally hospitable and respectful. Very kind, understanding, and willing to assist me how she could to make sure my needs were taken care of. This hotel is very lucky to have a great front desk staff. I hope to return to the Waterway Marriott soon!

First of all, the location to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion is 🤌🏼. Parking is wonky. There is no way I would park myself, so we spent the $34 for valet! The employees are all super nice! The restaurant has some excellent food! The waterway in the back is so nice and relaxing. Romantic 💘 too!The area can get absolutely insane if there is a big concert next door. But the staff are very knowledgeable and can help with any questions!Unfortunately our room was not up to par. The toilet paper in the restroom only had a quarter left and frankly, that’s disgusting! The shower had soap or some foreign substance on the glass 🤢!! The countertop had toothpaste on it. The comforter on the king size bed had what looked like dirt or maybe sand when you pulled it back. Thank God we bring our own blankets (but always check for bed bugs 🐜, hey, that’s really a thing). The floor had huge red stains everywhere. I thankfully always bring Clorox wipes with me and Lysol, so I cleaned a little and we went to dinner. When we arrived back at the room, we noticed the toilet was stopped up and started to overflow! We called down and eventually 2 men came and fixed it. They were talking amongst themselves that they get calls all the time for this toilet.We will most likely stay at a different hotel next visit. We do not have time to complain and move our bags to a different room when we travel with an itinerary.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the five-star hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, but what truly stood out was the incredibly comfortable bed. It felt like sleeping on a cloud, providing a restful night's sleep unlike any other. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort is commendable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Upon checked in the room, we found a left over food to go box inside of the refrigerator. When we mentioned this to the front desk manager he handled it very well with sincere apology.Other than that, breakfast was nice cook with fresh ingredients and staffs provided professional service. Overall, we received a good impression about this property. We'd love to come back.

While the room looks nice and clean there is no sound management and you can hear everything. My other issue was the checkin process that set the tone of this stay. All of my staff was able to check in quickly but I was stuck with Marco. He proceeded to touch my license while I was holding it for him. No need for that. Then he asks for proof I work for my firm. None of my employees were asked, just me as an owner. He told me if I didn’t have it, I would be charged the going rate. Our firm is probably one of the largest customers of the hotel chain and we use a travel agent to book. I have never been asked to prove I am with my firm. This was also a weekday and the Woodlands is not a place I would expect to be a vacation spot for folks looking for leisure over work. Overall very disappointed. I know next time I will choose another hotel.

Fantastic location with tons of options that we could walk to. The event space was incredible, there are not many locations that can accommodate a group of our size. I really appreciate you letting us pretty much take over the hotel for the week.

Not comparable to other 4 star hotels and hard to justify the cost for the following reasons:- check in and check out is a hassle. I waited in a very long line despite having done the pre check in… what’s the point of that if it doesn’t save time? Front desk was understaffed for a rush period.- the parking situation is ridiculous- bell hops were overwhelmed and flustered, but they insisted on loading my luggage on a cart only to leave it sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes after telling me it would be no more than 5 minutes to get it to the room.- rooms are not worth the cost (nor at a 4-star standard) and bathrooms are tiny.- staff was overwhelmed, unhelpful and unfriendly. I would not have been so inclined to write a review had they handled things with some composure and organization.Seems like the Waterway Marriott leans on its convenience of location to justify a 4-star price tag for an otherwise 3-star experience. That being said, I can’t think of a reason to recommend this hotel unless you really need the convenience of proximity to surrounding amenities (market street, waterway, pavilion).

Expensive, but worth it. The lobby/convention center layout is ideal. Rooms were tidy, modern. You don’t get a bathtub but that’s common these days. In-room keurig and the bed was very comfortable. Slept like the dead and had an invigorating walk along the waterway the next morning

Everything about staying here was wonderful. The room was clean, the pool was clean, the grounds were very nice and accommodating. The staff at check in (especially the lady that wears the cowboy hat ; ) and the evening bartenders were very nice and quick on refills! Only issue we had was parking. We had a car trailer and had permission issues that varied between staff. It was frustrating and inconvenient but It all worked out in the end, and we ended up with free breakfast, which was delicious!

This was my first time staying here but I’m not surprised they were “voted the number one hotel in 2023”. The staff was very courteous (they even remembered speaking to my husband when he said who he was at check in). We stayed in the presidential suite and there are zero complaints from me about the room. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a kitchen area in the room (no stove) with a full sized refrigerator and everything! The room was very clean and spacious. We were also surprised with a goodie bag that was left at our door from the hotel. The location couldn’t be better. It was walking distance from a movie theater and just a few minutes from several shops. This hotel didn’t have a concierge lounge but they had a “pantry” we had access to where there were drinks and snacks available and we had the option of points or free breakfast at their restaurant. From the restaurant you had options too! You could pick from their menu or enjoy their buffet spread (we went with the buffet). Overall, 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

Great place to visit. We come here often to work and catch lunch or an evening drink. Of course at the start of every visit, Lane and Harley, the valets greet me at my car and remember my name, every time. They just give great service all the way around. Stayed at the hotel while attending an on-site conference. Good experience! Nice facility with large, clean rooms although fitness center was small for such a large hotel. Good breakfast (separate fee) and on a canal with walkways and restaurants and shopping nearby.

Better than usual Marriott restaurant and menu. Solid rooms and great service. Outside downtown Houston but great area if you're in town for a conference in Woodlands

To start with, We like nice hotels. But nice hotels are not always nice. This hotel, however, is perfect. The service is exceptional, and this is from each person. The breakfast buffet is beyond perfect. The iced tea, which is my thing, is awesome. The location is amazing and there is a lot to do nearby. We love this place.

I love my Marriot Bonvoy experiences, and being a part of the Marriot family has always been a blessing. My significant other and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary with a very special weekend here, and unfortunately we were slight disappointed with how hospitality was checking in and throughout the weekend. Nobody was rude or mean but I do feel customer service and hospitality were not up to par and very below average of what you would think a woodlands Marriot should be. Although the location and room are always wonderful as expected. And everywhere we went were greeted and treated with so much love and compassion, unfortunately was not the same for the waterway. But still a beautiful stay!

My employer has all of their banquets here in the ballroom. The place is nice, but seems a little dated not as nice as Cityplace Marriott in Springwoods. Food was 'ok'. The servers were friendly and helpful. They served and cleaned up without being intrusive. The down escalator has been broken for months.

A beautiful hotel in an amazing location.Great views over the canal.Surrounded by fantastic amenities, restaurants, cafes, water sports, shopping mall and local grocery services.Great woodlands for long walks or bike trails all close by.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they charge extra for everything. The water bottle in the room $6, the internet $15, breakfast $25 and last but not least an outrageous amount to park. I can stay at a less expensive hotel and all of the above is free

Within short walk to Cynthia woods. Room was good size. Don’t like duve’. You’re either too hot or too cold. Breakfast was okay but selection was not as good as I wanted. Lots of restaurants around so they have only service in bar/lounge after breakfast. Very clean.

Terrible service, poor management. Stayed overnight - even though we live close - as attending a big event. I am an Elite level member but could not avail services exclusive to Elite members. WiFi did not work in my room and despite communicating this several times, it did not get fixed. We paid 32/- dollars for a Valet service for our car, but in the morning while leaving, we waited for more than 45 minutes but no car. Eventually I had to get my own keys and got to the garage and take the car on my own. There were a large number of people like us waiting for their cars - no fault of the valets as the 2 of them were overwhelmed - simply poor management. All of us paid for this dis-service. I would assume that if as a manager you saw a large number of disgruntled customers just milling about waiting for their vehicles, someone would come around to address the situation, but nothing like that happened. I presume that this maybe a one-off incident but when I spoke with some of my friends later, I was told that initially overseas employees/managers from their company used to stay at this hotel when they came in for meetings/conferences. However due to poor service they all changed their preferred hotel. I reckoned it was a pattern and not an isolated incident. I guess the location of the Hotel is what is letting it survive, definitely not their service. This is Not a Hotel I would recommend to stay. It has a good convention center, so good to hold big events but stay is not recommended.

At check out multiple charges added to my room bill of which I had nothing to do - from charging breakfast that was included in my booking to parking costs when I never driven in the US. All this shows a big lack of professionalism and transparency, violating essential rules of hospitality like trust and honesty. After having to explain those charges were the hotel mistakes I am still waiting for the full refund of my card deposit/hold, which has so far been refused/delayed. Shameful behaviour

Top notch experience. Ling Ling was amazing. She welcomed us, checked us in, shared all the amenities both in and around the hotel. For late snacks we were helped by Trinity who was quick and kind. Every employee at the hotel we encountered was so nice and friendly! Enjoyed dinner close by, a water view. Will definitely revisit!

I've been to the pavilion for a couple of concerts now. I really have enjoyed both experiences. You have the option of getting seats or sitting in the grass (less expensive). There really isn't a horrible seat in the house. Although the venue is open to the weather outside, they have large fans blowing to help keep you comfortable. I will go again.

Cynthia Woods Pavilion green lot has FREE parking and easy access to the pavilion. Maybe a 5 minute walk across one street. I saw several people bring lawn chairs and listen in the park outside of the venue. Inside the seating is either covered or lawn seating (no cover). There are concessions with various options including burgers, wings, bbq, chicken strips, nachos, pretzels etc. alcoholic drinks and virgin daiquiris as well. Fun place for an evening date. Whiskey Myers and Willie Nelson were there the night we went. There are several amazing bands on the schedule. I do recommend checking the day/morning of to get the best prices. Front row tickets were as low as $130. Check with will call or the box office for last minute deals. We usually book through ticket master and end up paying service fees, but I’m told it’s better to call.

Great staff. Very helpful to get my father to our seats. The seats were great. I like how you can bring your water bottle, and they have fountains inside the gates. We will return for more shows.

Nice!!! Enjoyed myself! Recommend you get there early if you can and pre-pay for parking when you purchase the concert ticket. The lawn was great you have your space with your group or significant other. Bring a portable fan as you know Texas heat does not play. Stay hydrated!

My daughter and I went to see Mercy Me with her Godparents. It was a fabulous concert. Be sure to arrive very early (2+ hours for parking)and make sure you check for compliance on purses and such.

I appreciate the fact that this pavilion had free parking and that they allowed you to bring your own food in a gallon freezer bag. Beverages were not allowed in the gallon bag though. I would recommend exploring the website before visiting because this venue offers a lot. It is really large and a really nice place for a concert. Keep in mind that this is an outdoor venue. You will be exposed to the elements when here, so dress accordingly.After the concert let out, officers and stadium workers did an amazing job in directing us and getting us to the freeway as quick as possible. Overall, I had a great experience and really enjoyed my concert.

Truly it's beautiful here . They have lots of clean restroom they also have a lot of different venues. The Hill area is wonderful kind of looks like Miller outdoor theater. But on both sides they actually have a lot of views on both sides I don't know if it's the same. Yes yes it's beautiful.

Went here for the first time since living my whole life in Texas and I was shocked at how cool it was. It's small and I mean that in a great way. It's an intimate venue and the renting of lawn chairs in the general field is the best idea ever. The whole lawn is graded so even if you sit behind people, you can still see everything. The food and drink options are amazing and I was totally satisfied. I saw dead and company here and I hope they have more shows here. My only suggestion is to bring a water proof blanket for the lawn. Bot that its always wet, but just in case its damp and u dont want to rent a lawn chair just have the blanket with you. Parking in the area us great and mostly free, too!!

This venue always puts on the best shows and their entire staff is always friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are. Security is well prepared and the medical teams they have there are on the spot. I witnessed some commotion in section 105 I think and staff, police, and medical responded quickly and appropriately. Once things settled down and I saw they were helping someone leave the seated section I noticed it was a friend of mine and his wife was in the wheelchair. I spoke to him later in the evening and they were home safe and doing better. Thanks to the quick actions of the staff things didn't go worse for my friend. Thank you all for all you do.

Important things to know: no purse or bags unless they are clear. Small wallet size purse 4×6 inches allowed, but will be searched. Metal detectors at entrance. This is an outdoor venue. Be prepared with sunscreen and cool clothes. Even under the covered area, the sun shines bright until the sun sets.

Since we live out in Richmond, Texas, I rarely come out this far to see a concert, especially during the hot summer days. Fall and winter are fine, but triple digit heat, no thanks, unless you have seats under the roof covering.

Tons of fun! The Ghost concert was AWESOME!! The only thing that sucked was they watered the lawn before the concert has started so if you had lawn tickets hope you brought a blanket or something to sit on so you don't get your clothes all wet. Which we did not, not knowing they had watered the lawn! So we had to stand the whole time, which sucked. Other than that, the concert itself was AMAZING!!!

The facility is excellent. Has been many years since I’ve been there. Lots of changes for the good. Getting in and out was easy. Traffic control was good and the venue was clean. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. Be prepared to spend money on drinks and food. Overall experience was excellent.

Great!!! Smooth experience, staff were very friendly and getting through was a breeze. I expected something close to an amusem*nt park entry, but I didn't even have to wait. Rules are reasonable, and there are always a few ppl breaking them, but the staff do their best to fix it. Overall, very happy!! Definitely coming back! 🥰

Paid $15 for bottled water. 20 years later since the first time I was at this venue, it looks almost the same. No improvements in the traffic flow. The only good thing is that the parking is free. The view is almost good from every angle but some pillars block the view in some places. Not a venue for rock concerts in my opinion.

What are the better concert venues in Houston area. The best I’ve ever been to, but definitely the number one place to go see a concert if from Houston or the surrounding area. better environment and Toyota center and easier to relax and enjoy the show. Tickets are also more flexible in price because of the option or the lawn price. They also host free shows every now and then.

Went to the Alanis Morissette concert and it was amazing. Section 101 row R and we had such a good view of the stage. A lot of people around to help you find your seat and all very helpful and friendly.

We went to see The Doobie Brothers and had lawn seats. You can't bring chairs in, but they have some there to rent, or you can bring a blanket to sit on. They are very security conscious , plenty of staff to help, and several concession ares. Expect a long walk from parking, but a nice walk along the waterway, which was all lit up after dark.

A great venue for concerts! Lawn seats are always cheapest, and chairs are available to rent for $10/each or, you can bring a blanket to sit on. They did recently turf the hill so it’s much cleaner than the old dirty grass hill! Come early to secure a great lawn seat. The area fills up quick for popular shows. The pavilion does have a clear bag policy! You also can bring food in from outside as long as it fits in a gallon ziploc bag. Also bring an empty water bottle to fill up at the water cooler to avoid paying for $10 bottle waters!

Covered seating is better. The center seats are best because they are elevated and have waiters for food and drinks. They have cheap tickets on the lawn area. The public restrooms have many stalls. There is an air conditioned area when you first enter, but you can't take alcohol out of the area. You can buy food and drinks outside. Parking took forever and it always does because of the traffic flow. So get there early. Also be aware of purse size and types - bigger purses are not allowed.

Very good venue. Great security at the gate and only a five to minute wait to get in. You will not be allowed to bring your own lawn chairs. They have lawn chairs for rent at about ten dollars if you, by chance have lawn seats. The venue is pretty large, and based on my untrained ear the aucustics sound great.

Very nice venue for concerts. We had dinner first after parking for the concert and then rented lawn chairs. The lawn area is artificial grass which was very nice.

Remember when you could go to a rock and roll show and it was loud? Not anymore. While the sound is decent, for an Amphitheatre... it's not loud. Rock and Roll is supposed to be loud... metal... supposed to be loud.

Great place for a concert. I really enjoyed that the venue has so many additional options outside of just the concert. The staff there were incredible and helped create an amazing experience for the Waste Connections group.

Acoustics are not the best but this is a very well built venue with plenty of parking, well organized and good crowd control. Been there twice, the last time I was invited to the lawn, I thought it was going to be terrible but it was actually pretty good and enjoyable as it wasn't very crowded.

The lines to get into the venue moved quickly, and the people working ticket-check, will call and security were thorough and effectively efficient. The lines for the merch booths and beverage stations were a little slower, but understandably so. I think that the general admission tickets were the best because when you're up on the hill, that summer breeze takes you away! We had the absolute best time. I felt safe, the crowd was chill and the lawn was incredibly well maintained. I can't wait for a repeat!

This was our second concert at the CWMP. Very nice venue. The concessions were a bit pricey, but nothing like Minute Maid Park.We enjoyed the Doobie Brothers. The sound needed a fine tune on the mix and the weather was sweltering, but we thoroughly enjoyed the show!

Found this place while on a walk. This is a very nice shopping area that is clean and esthetically pleasing. The area has play areas for kids and park areas to sit and rest. There is a large selection of mid - to high-end retailers and restaurants. The whole mall looks like the downtown of a small city.

Stay away during the holidays but other than that it’s so beautiful. Has to be one of the most convenient and accommodating shopping center I’ve ever been to. Community umbrellas available for unexpected rain, parking garage, great food, the people are really snobby even though half of them don’t have jobs and just have husbands. But stay clear of the women and it will be a good time. Family area and nice little parks and walking trails. 9/10 shopping center.

I find it very nice to come here, especially during the holiday season. They put up a very tall Christmas tree at the lawn, and the trees are all lit up with Christmas lights.Although I find it expensive for my budget to shop around here, I can always have a feast of my eyes to just look around on different shops by window shopping.Sure, hopping around from one shop to another in an outdoor setting is a good walking experience and exercise, and the aroma of butter spices is in the air coming from the fancy dining restaurants.I highly recommend this place if I have friends and families who come and visit. It's a perfect place for shopping, food, indulgence, elegance, and a nice ambiance to relax.

Last night 23 May 2024 (Thursday), should have been one night to celebrate and be remembered as an accomplishment of dedication and hard work The Woodlands College Park high school graduates of Class 2024.However, due to your parking lot policy and handling of Security Guards at the Market Street TARGETING senior high school students with Graduation Robe on as well as parents with gifts and flowers on their hands, SECURITY GUARDS decided to wait until they walked off the parking lots and called towing companies to get many vehicles towed ending up costing over $$$$$.I fully support and agree visitors should follow the Market Street parking policy. However, at the same time, being on a week day and many empty parking spaces were available at the parking garage and it’s not like visitors were trying to park their vehicles and go see some concerts at Pavilion, Management of the Market Street could have handledI the parking lot situations a lot better.What gets me upset is the fact that SECURITY GUARDS decided to TARGET students with Graduation Robe and parents, instead of giving them warning or asking them not to park at first place, but almost like ENTRAPMENT, decided to wait and call the towing company!! As if these SECURITY GUARDS are getting a certain % of commissions with each vehicle towed!!Most of the people who attended last night's Graduation event are frequent customers to the Market Street and based on how things were handled last night, I am full of disappointment/ dissatisfaction and consider think twice before visiting the Market Street for a while!!

What a wonderful experience! The staff were amazing, from the moment we were greeted at the front door we knew we were in good hands. Can't beat the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. We upgraded to the suite and it was worth every penny. To sit in the room with the window open and listen to the live music on the patio was to die for. The bar is set a little higher after last night's stay

Don't go and walk around or bother to go to any businesses or restaurants during any concerts as they will tow your vehicle and tell you that it's your fault for leaving the car unattended even though you can't eat or shop from your car there and they can't prove where you have been or what you have done. Place is way overpriced anyways and too crowded as well as they jam so many businesses in such a tiny place that the parking sucks to begin with

Review for Mastro's Ocean Club. Ambiance was great. Service was outstanding. Food was terrible. Every last thing we ordered was not good except for the wine my husband got. He liked that. His steak was WAY overcooked. They agreed and took it off the bill. However, my steak was undercooked, chewy and no flavor. The scalloped potatoes were way more cheese then potatoes. The broccolini came out looking like a pile of limp spinach with no taste. I ordered what I thought would be a red wine reduction sauce. It was some kind of butter concoction that had no flavor. I was not going to complain until we were leaving and I saw lemon seeds in my co*ke glass so they must have been in the ice bin and a gnat in my the bottom of my hubby's wine glass. Not sure if we will give them a second chance. It was still almost $200 with his steak taken off. Too much for the taste of the food.

Such a cool place. Several restaurants, some quick and affordable, and also the upscale. Tommy Bahama is my favorite. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but well worth the effort. I’ll get pictures next time.

A great place to find a book or movie to borrow. Plus a small book store with very reasonable prices.

I adore this library. It’s surrounded by trees, has great views of the waterway, and within walking distance of popular Woodlands destinations. They have a little kid section on the first floor and the second floor is a great place to study or work. They also have a trolly stop in front of the building.

Such a wonderful 1st experience at the library! They had a legit puppet show and my toddler sat and watched the whole thing. Staff is always super friendly and the environment is clean!

I come here to have my work done. Very cozy, great location, great sources. There’re good spots to set reading and have a lake view. I also you like coming here to have the kids hang out with the books, and playing games and then take them for a tour on the trolly.

We love this library, they have plenty of activities for kids you can find in their website. At the library the kids sección is great, kid size toilet in the restrooms, plenty of sitting área to read books, puzzles and boardgames to use while you are there. All of the staff is helpful and kind!

My kids and I enjoy coming to this library. Staff is always friendly, my kids enjoy searching for a book, sometimes to read there and sometimes to take home, and I utilize their digital library to loan books for my Kindle.

We love this church!! We have gone to the Loft service. Daniel gives incredible messages. Every person that’s a part of this church and a member or visitor has been so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is more casual than a traditional service. They also have a great kid and teen program. They also offer an online service that’s easy to pull up on YouTube and their website for when you’re unable to make it in person.

We joined the church in the late 70's My name then was Marsha Lee Skeats. Ed Robb was the pastor. Rob Renfro officiated at Nicole's wedding even though we had moved to Colleyville. She and I visit when we go to the area to visit. I really miss this church.

This church preaches the whole Gospel, including going deeper in our growth as Christians, based solidlyon the Bible. The messages are challenging and inspiring. The worship is the best I've seen in any church. They have a ministry for every need and encourage personal involvement. I highly recommend!

Great walking/bike trails with lots of signage. Not very crowded on a Sunday midday. Parking lot was full at 1pm with lots of cars on the street. Saw a few birds but overall it was a pretty quiet day.

The preserve is heavily wooded, providing a real sense of being close to nature. Mosquito spray is a must! It is wonderful to immerse yourself in the quiet and escape for if only a moment.

Nice park with lots of good signage about plant life. Feels like it could get crowded. The loop for now is only 3 miles as spring Creek trail is closed due to construction. This is a popular mountain bike spot but I have yet to ride it

The walking trail is nice. They have lots of markers with QR codes to see where you're at on the map. There's alot of options to meet any of your walking needs.

Excellent trail markers with QR codes linking to online maps. Good trail maintenance overall. Such a treat to get out and enjoy the shade. Lots of cyclists and amenities for them, such as repair station. Generally they were polite and gave warning of approach, but you have to be aware. Pet-friendly. No restroom facilities on the Flintridge loop trail or parking area. Sections of the trail are wheelchair accessible, but some areas are too rough or the fill material, sand or wood chips, too soft for traction.

Lots of trees down today after big storm last night. We were the only ones out, it was quite the adventure. Beautiful place to visit.

Toddler friendly trails, just come prepared with rain boots if it has been raining because the entrance is pretty muddy.The trail is wide enough for a stroller but if its muddy you won't be able to go through.Great breathe of fresh air, great family activity, clean and safe! Did not spot any wild animals other than squirels.

Awesome place to take your furry little critters. It's hard to get lost with the QD code maps and all. Interesting foliage compared to what I'm used to here in Austin. Definitely recommend this for a hike or bike in the woodlands.

Went there today to hike with a couple of friends of mine, a teenager, and a small Pomsky. Beautiful 48° morning, blue sky, you couldn’t ask for a better day for hiking. The trails were very nice, just one or two parts where motor vehicles went through followed by the rain which caused a little mud however, it didn’t really affect the hike. This trail is very well maintained and extremely well marked. We hiked 6.8 miles in about three hours eight minutes. Don’t miss this opportunity!

Great adventure getaway in your own backyard. Once you get into those woods you forget just how close you are to civilization. Wonderful trails, bridges, ponds and quarries await.Go, you won't regret it if getting back to mother nature is your thing.We hiked but the bike trails looked good too. Varying degrees of trails, some more travelled and others more rustic. Have fun!

Fun place to ride, i appreciate the trail markers, and they look well maintained. Recommend helmet for the low hanging branches. The bike loop is a great technical single track loop.

Did a 4.3 mile mountain bike trail on my Pint X. Pretty challenging for my first ride on this trail I look forward to crushing it in the future.Trails were well maintained and somewhat technical for a Onewheel ride. If you're not used to going over lots of pine tree roots you will struggle as you navigate these trails. I did have to dismount twice for fallen trees but other than that it was awesome 😎

We loved discovering this beautiful park and the nature trail. Such a great place of serenity and hidden nature. It would have been helpful if the signage had been a little clearer pointing us to the nature trails, but once e were on the trails they were well marked. We had planned to go the distance of the 6 mile trail, but the trail was totally flooded. We only got to walk about 3 miles total. I enjoyed the fact that there was no traffic noise in the background to distract me from enjoying my walk in the woods.

This place was amazing the trails were pretty and clean. This place also has good biking trails. I would recommend to people that want to get outside and get a break.

Had alot of fun . Make sure your aware if your hiking or walking bc it is a bike trail as well.
