I had the privilege of spending two insightful days with our private equity owner, Montagu, in London. 🇬🇧It was truly fascinating to witness how organizations across diverse industries often encounter similar challenges in culture, processes, and more. What made this experience even more enriching was the diverse group of attendees coming from several corners of the globe. It was a truly eye-opening international exchange of ideas.I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn, gain fresh perspectives, and connect with countless talented individuals from all the portfolio companies they own.From the perspective of a real estate investor, it's worth noting that Montagu's office boasts the perfect location. Through the window, we had a breathtaking view of the iconic Tower Bridge.
