After its critically acclaimed debut that saw it nominated for seven TV WEEK Logie Awards, BINGE has officially confirmed that LOVE ME has been renewed for a second season.

The drama, which follows the love lives of the Mathieson family, is BINGE’s most-watched Australian series of all time and it’s been confirmed that filming in Melbourne will start shortly.

“On the eve of the 2022 Logie Awards, where LOVE ME has been recognised with seven nominations, we are thrilled to confirm a second season is on its way,” Alison Hurbert-Burns, BINGE Executive Director said.
“LOVE ME had an incredible response from Australian viewers who have resonated with this modern story of love, life and loss. We are excited to work with the talented creatives and cast, along with our production partner Warner Bros. to bring the next chapter of LOVE ME to life and look forward to being back on set in Melbourne.”

Among its seven nominations, LOVE ME is up for Most Outstanding Series and Most Popular Drama Series at this year’s TV WEEK Logie Awards.
The cast have also been recognised for their talent with Hugo Weaving who plays Glen Mathieson nominated for Most Popular Actor, Bojana Novakovic for Most Popular Actress for her role as Clara Mathieson and Heather Mitchell (aka Anita) for Most Outstanding Supporting Actress.
Meanwhile Will Lodder, who plays Aaron Mathieson, has ben nominated for the Graham Kennedy Award for Most Popular New Talent.
